Human Resources Consultant II Recruitment Range: $55,221–$67,000 NCCAT is looking for an experienced human resources professional who can successfully navigate the full range of HR work for our agency. The Human Resources Consultant II will be responsible for the day-to-day administration of NCCAT’s human resources program. This position serves as a key HR resource for supervisors and employees and handles work across employee relations, recruitment, classification and compensation, benefits, leave
