Truffle Making Class (2 day)
Description
Learn the art and science of making ganache for mouth watering truffles. Participants will take home a large assortment of truffles to enjoy.
A two day class on Friday, August 15th and Saturday, August 16th from 6:30-8:00pm.
*Minimum 4 students for class to run
