About Us
HERE provides services for those who are literally homeless: The individual's or family's primary residence is a public or private place not meant for human habitation.
Services HERE provides: Street Outreach. Rapid Rehousing. Emergency Shelter.
HERE operates an emergency cold weather shelter when the temperature is forecasted by the National Weather Service to be 32 degrees or below. We also provide housing services to help get those living unsheltered into permanent, affordable housing in Region One (the seven far westernmost counties, as well as Madison County).
