SCC Seminar - Choosing a Legal Structure

SCC Seminar - Choosing a Legal Structure will be offered on September 2 from 5:30 - 8:30 pm in Burrell 303, SCC Jackson campus. This seminar will give you the information you need to understand the differences between the different types of legal structures of a small business.  It will cover the basic advantages and disadvantages of each of the following:  Sole Proprietorship, Partnership, S and C Corporation, and Limited Liability Company.  In addition, you will learn the various reporting requirements and process involved for setting up each type.
