Rock Climbing at Looking Glass Rock

Description

This introduction to Rock Climbing will take place at Looking Glass Rock in the Pisgah National Forest and will cover climbing safety, belaying and rappelling, equipment, climbing ethics, and more. Challenge yourself to climb as high as you want! All participants must be 7 years of age or older and able to hike .5 mile on uneven terrain. Activity fee is $90 per person including lunch, transportation from the Cullowhee Recreation Center, instruction, and equipment. Minimum number of participants is 7 and a maximum of 10.  Register until September 4^th at the Cullowhee Recreation Center or the Cashiers/Glenville Recreation Center.
