The evening will begin with Beer, cocktails and cheese board then Linsensuppe (Lentil soup with roasted garlic and turnip sprouts) paired with Middleworld Brown, Fenchelsalat (Fennel Salad with local micro greens, grilled apples & caramelized onions) paired with Weise Gnome Hefeweizen, Geschmorten Rosenkohl (Braised brussel sprouts with slow roasted smoked pork belly and smoked tomato broth) paired with Gopher Ale, an entree of Sauerbraten with Spätzle & braised cabbage paired with Gnutty Gnome and we’ll top off the evening with Schwarzwälder Kirschtorte (Black Forest Cake) paired with Black Forest Stout.
