Chocolate Truffle Making Class
Description
Learn the art and science of making ganache for mouth watering truffles. Participants will take home a large assortment of truffles to enjoy.
A two day class on Friday from 6:30-8:00pm and Saturday from 6:30-8:00pm.
*Minimum 4 students for class to run
