The fourth restaurant fundraiser will take place at Soul Infusion on Nov. 7 from 11 am - 10 pm.
Description
AWAKE, Jackson County’s non-profit children’s advocacy center, is having a restaurant fundraiser in honor of Universal Children’s Day. Participating restaurants include:
Zaxby’s on Monday, October 20, from 5 p.m. until 10 p.m.
Bogart’s on Wednesday, October 22, from 11 a.m. until 9 p.m.
Kosta’s on Tuesday, November 4, from 4 p.m. until 9 p.m.
Soul Infusion on Friday, November 7, from 11 a.m. until 10 p.m.
Jack the Dipper on November 10, from noon until 10 p.m.
A portion of the proceeds from each restaurant will be donated to AWAKE. Eating at these restaurants on the specified dates will support the local economy and raise money for AWAKE to continue efforts in the prevention and education of child abuse.
AWAKE is a child-focused center that coordinates the investigation, prosecution, and treatment of child abuse while helping abused children heal.
