Please join Amai one Sunday morning per month to shift energy and connect within through movement for Mind, Body and Spirit Integration. Sessions on Jan 31, Feb 21, Mar 13, Apr 17 and May 15. Reservations, please.
Enter the sacred space of spirituality and movement with journey dances. Let the power of the dance and music move you from where you are to where you’re going!
Sessions may include meditation, movement exploration, music, spoken word, prayer, ritual, selected healing themes, and group or individual sharing. Prior movement experience is not required.
